We take 1-2 business days to process your order before dispatch. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking
- Free Shipping (for orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian and remote regions. Please be aware that customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Please review our eligibility requirements below.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are faulty:
- Nightwear & Underwear
- Boxer Shorts
Additionally, personalised items cannot be returned.
Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
- All tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase required
The Returns Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for efficiency.
- Await Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Securely: Include the original packing slip and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Birmingham address using a tracked service. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
For exchanges of size or colour on items like our Dungarees or Casual Outfits:
- Follow the standard returns process above
- Clearly state your desired replacement item in your return request
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as applicable
Refund Timeline & Methods
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution
For exchanges, your new item will be dispatched within 2 business days of approval.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
International Returns
For our international customers:
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
